Job Position: Manager Sales & Operations

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales and operations for Petro-Retail businesses.
• Ensure profitable operation of Plaza at flagship retail outlets through the Minimum Franchise Fee (MFF) model.
• Maintain established norms for customer service and retention.
• Gather competitor sales and marketing intelligence data to identify business opportunities.
• Conduct field visits and trading area surveys; identify potential sites for new retail outlets.
• Handle collection, remittance, and reconciliation of cash collected at company-owned outlets by operators.
• Ensure timely communication of all SOPs and their updates to channel partners and retail outlet staff.
• Conduct all types of RO/Plaza audits as per defined guidelines and frequency.
• Clarify all doubts on SOPs and updates with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) at the Head Office.
• Achieve sales targets in a highly competitive environment.
