No, Jio-bp pulse stations accept only digital payments via UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, or wallet through the app. Cash payments are not accepted.
Open the pulse app and tap on the “Scan” option to scan the QR code on the EV charger. If your wallet balance is below ₹50, you will be prompted to top up before starting your session.
Yes, a minimum wallet balance of ₹50 is required to begin a charging session. Charging will automatically stop if the wallet balance is depleted during the session.
In the app, go to ‘Profile > My Vehicle’, add your vehicle number, make, and model. This will help you filter EV chargers compatible with your vehicle across nearby stations.
To update your email ID, go to Profile > Edit. To change your mobile number, you’ll need to re-register in the app with the new number.
Click on the hamburger menu (☰) > My Account > Top-Up. Enter the desired amount and pay using UPI, debit/credit card, wallet, or net banking.

Any unused kWh units will expire at the end of the subscription validity period and will not be carried forward. However, if you renew your subscription before expiry, the unused units will be seamlessly carried forward into the new plan.
