We invite Request for Quotation (RFQ) from interested and eligible parties for the supply of Denatured Anhydrous Ethanol at terminals across India for Ethanol Supply Year (ESY) 2026–2027 – Cycle 1.

Mandatory Information & Documents

Prospective suppliers are required to submit/upload the following information and valid supporting documents along with their RFQ:

A. Supplier / Company Details

Legal name of the participating entity
Registered office address
Company PAN Card
GST Registration Certificate

B. Ethanol Manufacturing Plant Details

Exact location and complete address of the ethanol manufacturing plant
Date/Year of commencement of commercial operations of the plant
Name of the plant/distillery
Installed ethanol production capacity
Feedstock/raw material used for ethanol production
Details of the manufacturing entity/plant, wherever different from the participating supplier

C. Statutory & Regulatory Documents

Valid Consent to Operate (CTO)
Valid PESO Licence/Approval, as applicable
Other applicable statutory/regulatory approvals and licences as specified in the RFQ

All information and documents submitted by prospective parties shall be current, valid, complete and accurate as of the date of RFQ submission.

The Company reserves the right to verify the information/documents submitted and seek additional information or clarification, wherever required.

Submission of the prescribed mandatory information and documents shall be a prerequisite for participation and evaluation of the RFQ.
